Nature speaks to us in many ways. The wetlands I love to explore canoeing are now full of beautiful blooming Water Lillies. In yoga and other Eastern traditions the lotus blossom is often associated with the crown chakra, but for me they are an elegant metaphor for the first three lower chakras.
